The Glenarden Forest Homeowners Association is a located within the City of Glenarden, Maryland. The Association is comprised of 81 townhouses located on Red Oak Lane, White Oak Lane, and Pin Oak Lane. The 2- and 3- level townhouses were built within the City of Glenarden during the late 1980s and reside within the City of Glenarden’s Ward 2 Voting Election Precinct.

The Glenarden Forest Homeowners Association members/citizens receive services from the City of Glenarden (e.g., City of Glenarden Police Department, City of Glenarden Code Enforcement, and trash pickup) funded by each homeowner’s property taxes paid to the City of Glenarden.

The Glenarden Forest Homeowners Association members/citizens also receive services from their Association membership, paid from their Glenarden Forest Association membership fees. These fees are essential to help maintain the Glenarden Forest common area landscaping, snow removal, insurance, and membership fee accounting maintenance.

The Glenarden Forest Homeowners Association has an active Board of Directors and a Management Company who assists the board members in maintaining and managing the community.
