The City Manager’s Office also prepares and submits to the Mayor and City Council, a balanced plan of municipal services in adherence with the policy, goals, and objectives established by the Administration. The City Manager keeps the Mayor and City Council informed through a variety of reporting procedures that assist the Council in its policy making role.
Service is available to all residents of Glenarden who are not served by, or cannot use, existing bus or rail services. However, priority is given to seniors and persons with disabilities. Persons with disabilities must provide their own escort, if needed. Service animals are allowed for the visually impaired.read more
The City of Glenarden is presently accepting resumes/applications for the position of Call-A-Bus Driver. The Call-A-Bus Driver should have a minimum of 2 years of experience operating commercial vehicles and must possess a CDL License.read more
